At Standard Issue Armory (SiA), we offer a hands-on, guided experience where you can build your own custom rifle or pistol from the ground up. Whether you already own a rifle and want to learn how to assemble one from scratch or you’ve always wanted to build your own, this workshop is the perfect opportunity. Our expert instructors will walk you through the entire build process, ensuring you leave with a fully functional, custom-built firearm that you assembled yourself.

This workshop provides a step-by-step breakdown of rifle assembly, allowing you to build a firearm that meets your exact needs and preferences. We provide all tools and expert guidance—just bring yourself and a desire to learn!

Step-by-Step Build Process
Step 1: Choose Your Components
Before the class, you'll select:
✔ Handguard Length (Multiple options available)
✔ Barrel Length (Based on preference & use)
✔ Nickel Boron or Nitride Bolt Carrier Group
✔ Stock or SB Brace (Pistol-length builds require an SB brace)
✔ Standard Cerakote Color: Black, OD Green, or Desert Tan (Included at No Extra Charge)
✔ Optional Upgrades:

Step 2: Build Your Rifle with Our Experts
🔧 All tools provided – You won’t need to bring anything.
🛠 Hands-on guidance – Our experts walk you through the full assembly process.
🔥 Custom options available – Personalize your build with premium upgrades.

Step 3: Final Assembly & Background Check
Once your rifle is fully assembled:
✔ Complete the ATF Form 4473
✔ Undergo the required NICS background check
✔ Upon a "Proceed" status, you take your rifle home the same day!
✔ Includes a rifle bag for storage and transport

Step 4: Optional Customization – Custom Cerakote & Laser Engraving
Want to customize your rifle beyond the standard colors? We offer:
🎨 Custom Cerakote Color & Design – $350
🔤 Laser Engraving – Starting at $50 (varies by design)

If you opt for Custom Cerakote, we will disassemble your rifle together, complete the coating process, and schedule a follow-up session for you to reassemble it at no extra charge.

One stop shop. These guys are amazing. I actually stopped in and got my silver custom grillz engraved with their laser cutting machine. These guys can do anything.
